Faspo Software, Inc. d/ba/a Superpanel (“ Provider”, “ we”/” us”) has created this Privacy Policy to set out how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information and Access Credentials (both defined in Section 1 below) collected through our website superpanel.io, and any subpages and/or subdomains or affiliated sites (“ Website”), the desktop app (“ App”) a Software as a Service platform, and other related services, features sources we offer on the App and Website as further described in our Provider Terms and Conditions (hereinforth “ Services”). This Privacy Policy also applies to the Personal Information we collect when you engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully.
Privacy is of great importance to us. By visiting, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. What does this privacy policy cover?
What is Personal Information? Personal Information means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession). Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
What are Access Credentials? Your Access Credentials are required to use our Service; they include your email and a password.
A Note About Children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 13.
A Note to Users Outside of the United States and Canada. If you are a non-U.S. or non-Canadian user of the Services, by visiting the Sites or App and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be processed for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Disclaimer. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control.
Lawful processing: We process your Personal Information only to the extent necessary for the performance of our obligations to you.
2. Collection and use of personal information and other data
Information you provide. You may provide us with Personal Information when you:
- contact us through our online or email forms;
- setting up User Accounts;
- execute an Order Form through the subscription service;
- use your computer or mobile device to access the Service;
- simply visit or browse the Service.
Information you provide through Google integration. By integrating with Google Calendar, you are allowing Superpanel to access meeting event information to provide the Services.
Cookies and Automatic Tracking. We automatically collect certain statistical, system log data, and other data about traffic to our Service.
3. Storage location and transfer of personal information
We do not store your Personal Information. We only store Access Credentials for authentication and usage data.
4. Disclosure of personal information with third parties
Disclosure of Statistical Data. We may disclose aggregate statistical data to our partners and clients.
Service Providers and Business Partners. We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and may share Personal Information with them.
5. Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable efforts to establish Access Credentials with your Personal Information in a secure environment.
6. Retention
We will keep your Access Credentials for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purpose or as required by law.
7. Access, Correction, and Accuracy
You have the right to access the Access Credentials we hold about you and to request corrections.

A) GDPR Principles. You have rights regarding your Personal Information, including the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict processing.
B) Data Transfers. We do not store any Personal Information and it will not be subject to transfer.

This section provides details about the Personal Information we collect about California consumers under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “ CCPA”).

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time.
