Voco is Superpanel’s native AI voice orchestration engine.

It is built to support long, complex, high-stakes intake conversations without drop-off. Unlike traditional voice bots, Voco is designed for real-world speech patterns and deep integration with the decision engine.

- **Accurate end-of-turn detection:** Voco distinguishes between pauses and completed responses. It does not interrupt callers who are thinking, correcting themselves, or speaking in fragments. This prevents broken conversational flow and reduces abandonment.

- **Low-latency execution:** Voco is directly integrated with Superpanel’s cognitive decision engine. There is no third-party voice orchestration layer. This results in faster responses and real-time adaptation as state changes occur.

- **Human pacing control:** Voco supports fine-grained control over timing, including micro-pauses and natural filler words. These details maintain conversational continuity and prevent interactions from feeling robotic or stalled.

Because Voco is built in-house, it supports advanced operational requirements such as warm transfers and rapid iteration without dependency on external vendors.

Voco is not a wrapper around voice APIs. It is a core infrastructure for reliable, outcome-driven voice interactions.
