Overview
What is Superpanel
Superpanel is a platform for building and deploying digital teammates that autonomously complete intake jobs end to end.
Unlike traditional workflow automation, Superpanel’s digital teammates are configured to own outcomes. A digital teammate is responsible for driving an intake process from an initial state to a defined end state, such as qualification, disqualification, or escalation.
Superpanel represents a shift from workflow automation to job automation. The system executes the full scope of work required to complete an intake, rather than accelerating isolated tasks within it.
